The Women's network at NatWest/RBS is inclusive and has excellent content. It regularly reminds us of what we're all together for, to champion the potential of women in the bank and address where there may be inequalities. There is always a diverse range of events and things to get involved with that encourages cross-collaboration and improves aspects of general well-being and more specific aspects where people may be struggling. I always love to see what they have coming up and think they are an incredible network.

This network helps people connect people from across the Bank, I've been able to meet so many new people and learn from their experiences. We share fortnightly updates to over 10,000 people, sharing development opportunities for people to get involved in, providing a voice for our members, showcasing their achievements and promoting activities to support mental health and well-being. We run our own development programme to help women in appointed positions to further their confidence and skills, and we also collaborate with speakers and companies from a variety of industries to offer our members a variety of opportunities to learn something new.
