Herma deserves an award because she makes a predominantly male profession seem attainable for girls. She has a tenacious attitude and fights injustice against children, especially missing children. It doesn't matter how bussy she is, she stil finds time to do pro bono work. As a collague entrepreneur she also finds time to connect other female entrepeneurs with network organisations and other entrepreneurs. She is furthermore one of the kindest en empathetic people you will ever meet. What's also very important for her is diversity. She has a team of other investigators around her with different backgrounds, who she works with closely. In short Herma is prepared to help en benefit society in every way she can! I like working with Herma. Professionally she is honest and fair. Not only because she handles personal and sensitive information carefully and fulfills her commitments, agreements and obligations, but also because she is effective, decent, loyal, customer-oriented, collegial, reliable, objective and efficient. Just like me and the main reason why we do this, she cannot stand injustice. You never get bored with her. You can take her to a chic restaurant for a dinner with a royal family, but she adapts just as easily in a wild hard rock cafe. The trunk will then open first; the wig is put on, the neat clothes are exchanged for a suitable outfit and somewhere in that car there is also some footwear for the occasion. If you take her with you on an observation though, you just have to make sure that she is not wearing her slippers…..
